We will not use your information for purposes unrelated to these without your consent, unless permitted by law.
4. Marketing
We will only send you marketing or promotional material if you have asked for it or agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information to:
Service providers who help us operate our website and communications, such as Formspree and our email provider, and government agencies or other parties where required by law.
Some of our service providers, including Formspree and GitHub, are based overseas. Where your information is held or processed outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by comparable privacy safeguards.
6. Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure. Enquiry information is stored in our email system and retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
